Format Options

Both formats deliver the same program, the same sessions with Chris, and the same three-pillar framework. The difference is proximity, intensity, and the depth of peer connection that only comes from being in the same room.

Virtual Cohort

All group sessions are live, bi-weekly video calls with Chris and the full cohort. Private group channel between sessions. Designed for men with demanding travel schedules.

In-Person Cohort

Three full-day in-person sessions across the 90 days. Live training with Chris. The peer dynamic at depth, the conversations that only happen in the same room.

Written weekly scorecard submitted to the group. Reviewed by Chris. No private accountability, the group sees it all.
MONTHLY

Phase Close Session: 2 Hours

Closing each month. Full assessment of what was built, what drifted, what the next month requires. Each man presents his own honest evaluation before Chris gives his.
